The nine mile ridge of the Malvern Hills rises dramatically out of the Severn Valley, with stunning 360 degree views over the Vale of Evesham to The Cotswolds and across Herefordshire - you can even see the Black Mountains on a good day.
Here nature and man have formed a unique landscape - this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty contains a plethora of ancient hill forts, and lovely towns and villages; sited for their natural water springs.

The largest of these is Great Malvern, which has has been a recognised tourism destination since the days of the Victorian Water Cure. Wealthy visitors included Florence Nightingale, Charles Dickens, and Charles Darwin; and the area is known for its literary connections to C.S Lewis and J.R.R Tolkien, and is the birthplace for St Edward Elgar.

Our walks will make sure that we explore the very best bits of this unique area. And Spring is the perfect time to visit Malvern, as it is swathed in a plethora of flowers at this time.

The rich history of The Abbey Hotel, and its impressive architecture, and stunning position combine to offer a unique and comfortable base for this holiday. All meals are included in the cost of the holiday, and there are single and double ensuite rooms for single occupancy available, or you can opt to share with a friend.
